We encourage you to order additional blank badges for economical replacements and additional imprints. Badge and Sign Store is happy to warehouse these for simple future re-orders. After initial order is imprinted, engraved and billed, the remaining inventory is warehoused.

Badges can be personalized and shipped at the customer’s convenience. Minimum “Call Out” is 1 badge. There is NO CHARGE for this service except shipping.

There are many options available for handling your shipping charges:

Billed monthly or bi-monthly depending on usage

Prepay the freight

Third-party billing

Please contact your distributor to set up shipping arrangements.

When ordering badges from stock to be personalized, you must:

1. Identify badge by logo

2. Identify PO number and date of original print order.

3. Furnish ship-to address every time, or we will ship it to you. We cannot look up original address.

4. Badges cannot be returned for personalization after they have been shipped out.
