Phone Orders The factory will not be responsible for errors on orders taken over the phone. Please follow all phone orders with a hard copy. Our fax line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Please use all capital letters on all name lists that you fax.)
Cancellation Charges There will be no cancellation charge if the order is canceled before artwork is started. An order cannot be canceled after it has been produced. All badges custom-cut when ordered.
Proofs and Email Proofs

Proofing of names	$5.00 for each name
Electronic Art PC-based electronic files such as EPS, vector, Corel Draw, or Adobe Illustrator (ai) are preferred.
Arrangement of Copy If electronic artwork is not supplied, the factory reserves the right to set and arrange copy, based on our best judgment, restrictions, type size, and order requirements. Unless specified, engraving will be done in all capital Simple Block lettering. Factory has final decision on letter style and size.
Warehousing Policy When ordering badges from stock to be personalized, you must: 1) Identify badge by logo 2) Identify PO number and date of original print order. 3) Furnish ship-to address every time, or we will ship it to you. We cannot look up original address. 4) Badges cannot be returned for personalization after they have been shipped out.

Patents and copyrights The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.
